18-month Graduate Program at a Foreign Bank
You need to have graduated from an undergraduate school within the past 12 months and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future including OPT or F-1 visas. *
In this role, you will support the Quality Assurance team in executing the bank's Compliance Quality Assurance Program in accordance with the global and local methodology.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare population and sample for all QA coverage areas. Ensure that all population and sample data is organized and stored within the appropriate QA folders.
- Conduct reviews on all samples for each workstream utilizing the QA scorecards, and document results.
- Create and prepare QA reports for distribution, while ensuring the accuracy of all data and commentary included in the reports.
- Raise findings as part of each QA reviews and ensure the remediation of errors identified are tracked and documented.
- Prepare QA reporting for applicable global and/or local forums where QA results are reported.
- Participate and deliver lessons learned training provided to the client onboarding teams to review error trends noted during the quarter.
- Interact with respective coverage areas and advise stakeholders on process enhancements, policy/procedure revisions, and training needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Must be a strong team player with advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Good writing skills and attention to detail as well as good communication skills are essential for the position
